Jan Zacharski has been continuously licensed and actively involved in real estate since 1978. She is the owner of Diversified Real Estate, a company she founded in 1981. She is a full time broker, who offers quality service to her clients throughout Northeastern Connecticut and beyond.

Jan is  a real estate instructor for pre-licensing and continuing education courses for real estate licensees, and holds GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations.  She is a member of Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors (ECAR), Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).  She serves as ombudsman and member of board of directors for ECAR, and has twice been named as Realtor of the Year by her local Realtor association.
